Hey LaMissTenn!!!

I hope that everyone is now settled in for the Spring Semester.  You all
have continued to do service, which is always a great thing.

We are now winding down this CKI year; it ends on April 1!  Clubs should
be electing club officers for the new year. Consider stepping up to take a
leadership role at the club level or even the district level! The
opportunities are out there, so take advantage of them.

The Six Cents: Saving Lives Dance is Saturday, February 23 from 7-10 PM.
Cost is $6 per person, and we hope that you will be able to come support
this great cause and have fun with great people!  Remember, all the
proceeds go to UNICEF to buy salts to purify any unsafe water, thus saving
lives!  :)

DCON is right around the corner — only DAYS away! March 7-9 will be an
amazing weekend, so don’t miss out! Registration and most club awards were
due on Feb. 15.  However, you can still late register ($125) and there are
a few club awards that should be submitted at DCON.

This has been such a GREAT year!  Let’s continue to make the world and
this district GREAT in 2-0-0-8!!
